During this time, we have experienced surprising growth and have established ourselves as one of the largest companies in the Mordern Data Stack market in Latin America.

With a lot of dedication and hard work, Indicium is recognized as a reference in data at an international level.

The history of Indicium

Indicium was founded in 2017 by Daniel Avancini, Matheus Dellagnelo, Isabela Blasi e Vitor Avancini to meet specific data diagnostics demands.

At the time, resources were limited, and prospecting for clients and tools already known in the market were the basis for starting our work.

In 2018, we launched PDD - Prospecting Data Driven , which evolved into MDD - Marketing Data Driven, becoming our flagship product. We also launched EDD - Expansion Data Driven.

We ended the year with a team of 10 people.

The following year, in 2019, we made a significant technological leap. We created DSaaS and migrated from ETL to ELTknowing the dbt which allowed us to deliver even more efficient solutions.

We have also started the Indicium Academy an Indicium data education platform that certifies and boosts your career.

We ended the year with a team of 24 professionals.

Indicium growing and receiving recognition

2020 was a turning point for us. We focused our efforts on our data products and began to receive significant positive customer reviews on the platforms Clutch e Good Firms platforms because of our data science and analytics consultancy.

Indicium Academy matured and we started training analytics engineers.

We delved into the Modern Data Stack methodology, which has become our trademark, guaranteeing a high level of technical maturity.

In 2021, we successfully launched the data training program called Lighthouse.

We also began our expansion into the United States, seeking new horizons.

Closing the year celebrating our 4th anniversary with 75 datanauts on board.

The following year, in 2022, we reaped the rewards of our hard work. We were ranked 6th place in the EXAME Business in Expansion ranking consolidating our strong presence in the market.

We received recognition from Clutch as one of the leading B2B service providers in Brazil in 2022.

We also achieved dbt Labs platinum partnership status and received the Culture of Advanced Innovation seal in the Innoway Aacate 2022/2023 survey.

We closed the year with 200% expansion and expect to earn R$30 million bringing data culture to large companies.

The present and future of Indicium

Here we are, in 2023, celebrating our 6th anniversary and reaffirming our commitment to excellence in data science, analytics and artificial intelligence solutions.

Our solutions transform data into intelligent and accessible decisions. The result is the 13th position we have achieved in the rapid growth ranking for 2023 according to Clutch.

We have grown by sharing our knowledge, both internally and externally, forming a cohesive team based on peace of mind, quality, commitment and unity.

Today, we have more than 200 employees, with a specialized team, our own methodologies and modern technologies.

In addition, we are active in 20 countries implementing a data culture.

Also in the first quarter of 2023, Indicium was certified with the GPTW - Great Place To Work the global consultancy that recognizes and supports the best companies to work for in the world.

Our shared dream was to make Indicium a benchmark company, and we couldn't be prouder of what we've achieved so far.

Looking back, we can see that we became a benchmark well ahead of schedule.
