Indicium retrospective 2023: an even more data driven year

One year data driven

Our achievements this year have been entirely driven by data and numbers, and to date, it has been the year in which we have grown the most in our data driven history.

Our work, which has been carried out with excellence, has resulted in a number of important recognitions and partnerships.

In June, the American company Clutch announced the 100 fastest growing companies in the world and Indicium came 13th.

A Clutch is a renowned platform that evaluates and ranks companies around the world in more than 1,200 service categories, providing a clear view of the quality of each company's service to other companies looking for them.

Being at the top of this ranking was an honor and reaffirmed how Indicium is a benchmark in the world of data.

In August, Indicium was once again featured in Exame's ranking of growing businesseswhich is recognized as the largest entrepreneurship yearbook in Brazil.

We reached 20th place in the 5 to 30 million reais category. Revenues of R$14,050,200.08 in 2022 represent an increase of 205% on the previous year.

This achievement took the company from sixth place in the 2 to 5 million category to 20th place in the category of companies with a turnover of 5 to 30 million reais in 2022.

And this shows how our team is delivering even more quality and innovation.

As well as the great partnerships we have formed, another milestone in our history in 2023.

Synergy and more effective results

This was also a year of great partnerships that allowed us to scale the results of several companies that believe in the power of data.

And it is with great pleasure that we present some of these partnerships:

• Google Cloud one of the best and most promising cloud solutions.
• AWS for greater scalability, security and reliability.
• Snowflake: more secure and efficient cloud data sharing results.
• dbt: optimized and accelerated data transformation.

In addition to these, we present other Indicium's partner companies on our website.

These partnerships are the result of our commitment to further optimizing the results of companies that trust in our purpose and work with data.

And speaking of data, 2023 was also marked by knowledge shared with and by many special people, also involving partnerships and clients.

- Data Stack Talks

The creation of our Data Stack Talks webinar series was an important step this year in terms of sharing knowledge.

We had participants who brought many valuable insights into working with data in a very clear, didactic and accessible way in relaxed conversations always with someone from Indicium's executive team.

There were three editions that you can access now, because we'll link to them below:

• Data Stack Talks #1 - discussed trends for 2023 in the management of large volumes of data from the point of view of Indicium's C-levels.
• Data Stack Talks #2 - focused on the data cloud tool Snowflake with the participation of Danilo Lazaro, regional director of this leading platform in its segment.
• Data Stack Talks #3 - presented how to develop and scale a company's data area, with Aguinaldo Rodrigues, data coordinator at Edenred.

We optimized everything we had already built by launching a new website that centralizes all the information you need to make the decision to be data driven or to have a data driven company.

And since good knowledge is shared knowledge, during these 6 years we have developed and launched the Indicium Academy our teaching and learning platform in the area of data that trains and certifies people and teams for excellence.
