Lighthouse: how to join this Indicium lineup?
Indicium 's Lighthouse is the gateway to a successful career in the data area .
To get started, you must apply for a place on the program by completing our application form at this link .
You will need to attach your Lattes CV, or the link to your LinkedIn profile, or the link to the PDF of your CV in your Google Drive, in this same form .
We will analyze your application and your CV, and then schedule a conversation and get to know you better. Next, you will do two challenges:
- one on knowledge and logical reasoning ;
- and another specific one for you to show your technical skills in your area of expertise.
With your challenges in hand, the person responsible for your area will interview you and answer your final questions.
After going through this selection process, you will be part of Lighthouse! 🚀
Who is Lighthouse for?
We are looking for people interested in growing. So the Lighthouse program is for you if:
- you want to start your career in the data field;
- or if you are close to completing your degree and want to prepare well for the job market in this area;
- or if you have up to three years of training in exact sciences, technologies and the like (such as engineering, administration, economics, etc.);
- or if you want to be a scientist, analyst, engineer or data or analytics engineer;
- or if you are already in the job market , but want to switch to the data area and don't know how to start;
- or even if you are new to the world of data and want to take off your career with everything.
Important: you cannot be working at another company at the same time as you receive the scholarship to work at Indicium and study at Lighthouse, OK?
How does Lighthouse work?
